Karin Caruso

Karin Caruso is excited to be the newest, youngest, and (read with air quotes) “most hip” member of the [nlcf] staff team. After graduating from Virginia Tech in December of 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance, she was a part of the February 2010 New Staff Training group with Great Commission Ministries.  Her roles on staff (for now) include being involved with the music ministry and co-leading a worship band as well as one-on-one women’s discipleship. Her passions in life include Jesus, people, and music. Isn’t it convenient that this ministry combines those three things?

Her desire to share the greatness of God drives her to serve. She rejoices in the freedom of Christ’s love and is constantly in awe of how beautifully interwoven He is throughout time, in scripture, and in creation. “And He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.” (Colossians 1:17)

Karin cannot survive the day without her ipod (named Francisco), sings without remembering that people have ears and can hear her, and will quote movies and television shows in an attempt to make herself appear more amusing than she really is.
